This competition, for "young" French and European pilots, will also be open for more senior pilots. There will be two rankings, one for the European Cup Espoirs and one for the European Cup Open. 

The "Fiesta" balloons will run the show and will fly partners of the charity and their passengers. 

Operation will run from Cenon on Vienna, thanks to the village kindly letting the Aerostation Workshop use all public infrastructures. The event will be between 260 and 300 staff members, crew teams, pilots and helpers. (Officials, competitors, crews and volunteers) in one week. 

During the 2012 and 2014 editions, between 10,000 and 13,000 people came to see the balloons take off. In Chatellerault in 2016, we had 15,000 people coming to see us for their balloons fly away.
