The Event Director and Deputy Director will use this group to distribute vital information about the upcoming flight, or changes, including the tasks during the current flight. Information about flight cancellations will also be posted on this group. All pilots and their team leaders must monitor this group during the entire event. It is essential that pilots acknowledge messages received on this group via the Leszno 2025 PILOTS group. The format of the acknowledgment message is No.xx, OK. (where xx is the pilot's number).
Complaints that the pilot or a team member has not seen the message will not be accepted if the WhatsApp system shows that the message has successfully reached the recipient.
