The Event Director and Deputy Director will use this group to distribute vital information about the upcoming flight, or changes, including the tasks during the current flight. Information about flight cancellations will also be posted on this group. All pilots and their team leaders must monitor this group during the entire event. It is essential that pilots acknowledge messages received on this group via the Leszno 2025 PILOTS group. The format of the acknowledgment message is No.xx, OK. (where xx is the pilot's number).
Complaints that the pilot or a team member has not seen the message will not be accepted if the WhatsApp system shows that the message has successfully reached the recipient.

Only pilots, their team leaders, the Director, the Deputy, and other senior officials may write in this group.
This group is for pilots to communicate with the Director during the flight, to share essential information with other participants, to reply to messages from the Director or his Deputy, and to report landings.
During the flight, you should only use this channel if the information you are sending needs to be known by the other pilots, if you need to clarify information you have received, or if you need to reply to a message posted in the Director's group. Also, to announce that you have completed the flight and landed safely (in this case, the message must read as follows - Pxx Landed, where xx is the pilot's number).
There is a public channel for pilots to chat and share interesting photos or images. Please use it and keep this channel for questions related to the event only.

Dear Pilot,
On behalf of the Leszno Balloon Club I have the honour to invite you and your crew, probably to the cheapest Polish cup competition of the 2025 balloon season!
The 34th edition of the ENEA Leszno Balloon Cup will take place in Leszno on 27-30.08.2025, during which the 13th Polish Balloon Junior Championships will also be held.
The total cost of participation including accommodation (pilot + 3) and meals (pre-breakfast, breakfast, post-flight dinners) is 700 EURO, however with the declaration of your team's participation in the Leszno Balloon Night (on 30.08.2025) the cost of participation in the ENEA Leszno Balloon Cup is reduced to 300 EURO! However, as a precaution, we will still be collecting the so-called deposit in the amount of the price difference (400 EURO), which must be paid before the start of our competition. The deposit will be refunded after participation in the Leszno Balloon Night. In case of cancellation of the show due to weather conditions, the deposit will still be paid to the owner.
The Leszno Balloon Night is a fantastic event organised by the Leszno Airfield and the Leszno Balloon Club, which last year attracted an audience of 15,000 and which left a beautiful impression. We hope that this year many of you will also want to be part of this event.
In addition, this year for the first time we are organising a parallel FIESTA, to which we warmly invite crews who are not keen on fighting for points. For fiesta crews we have prepared free participation (pilot + 2) on condition of participation in the Leszno Balloon Night.
Please find attached an application form and an invitation where you can find details of participation and a preliminary schedule.
The competition centre will be in the ‘Ach to tu’ Hotel at 26 Ballonowa St. We are able to provide accommodation for the first 26 willing teams.
Eugenijus Komas will again sit on the stool of sports director of our competitions. The 34th ENEA Leszno Balloon Cup will use the Balloon Live system, which requires competitors to organise their own Balloon Live Sensor logger and Balloon Live App. We know that the Balloon Commission has Balloon Live Sensor devices available - to borrow one please contact a Balloon Commission representative.
We are accepting competitor applications until 25 July 2025.
