Learned to fly balloons in South Africa before moving to Australia in 2008. My first Australian balloon was an old but very pretty 90 which helped me build my early hours here. 

In 2019 I upgraded to the Kavanagh EX90, a beautiful ‘family racer’ known as Puzzle, a playful nod to the hedge maze where it is based.

We now live on a small farm called Brookfield in Victoria’s King Valley where I can often launch from the backyard, something every balloon pilot dreams about.
