George Theodoro Ary, Brazilian, 52 years old. He started as a support crew member in 1990 and became a pilot in 1996. In his 29 years as a hobby pilot, he has had the privilege of being a two-time São Paulo champion (2010-2011) and flying in dozens of festivals throughout Brazil, in addition to piloting in 37 festivals abroad, in events in Canada, the USA, Mexico, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Turkey, India, Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia and Spain, 31 of which he piloted special-shaped balloons. He also participated as a target team in the World Championship and as a judge in several Brazilian and state championships. He is fulfilling his dream of seeing the world flying in a balloon, making friends and enchanting people.
