I got my pilot licence in 1992, start my ballooning company Excellent Ballooning in 1995. Simultaneously I also owned a large dairy farm, these two companies I managed for 20 years together. If balloonist I fly on all types and sizes of balloons, special shapes, large 24 to 30 seater passenger balloons and small competition balloons. In winter time for several years fly balloons within the Arctic Circler in Finland, Sweden and even on Svalbard Spitsbergen. But also in all European countries and Thailand, Kenya,etc. Was the first who fly with a balloon in Indonesia. Besides commercial ballooning I find competition flying a great challenge, I have been nominate several times for the Netherlands and even once Dutch Champion. For the European and World Championships I flew in countries as France, Hungary, Poland, Japan, Slovenia, etc.
