The International Mountain Balloon Competition in Krosno is one of the most popular and spectacular balloon events in Europe. In 2025 it will be also Pre-Worlds, pre-event to the 26th Worlds Hot Air Balloon Championship (Krosno will host FAI World Hot Air Balloon Championship in 2026), Polish Cup and XXV International Mountain Balloon Competition.

Event schedule:
The provisional event schedule is the following:
April 30th 2025: Check-In 14:00 / General briefing 17:00
May 1st - 3rd: Competition flights AM and PM
May 3rd evening: Prize giving

Entry fee: 
Pilot + 3 crew member - 1600 PLN (380 EUR)
Pilot + 2 crew member - 1400 PLN (330 EUR)
Additional member: 350 PLN (85 EUR)

The entrance fee includes:
- Catering (early breakfast, breakfast, dinner) for the team
- Gas for the whole competition
- refreshments at the opening and closing of the competition 
- Meteorological service,
- Gifts (T-shirt, glass gift)
