Bringing together aviators, artists, and enthusiasts to explore the Art of Flight — in the air, on the ground, and through imagination. The Art of Flight International Balloon Championship brings the magic of ballooning to Victoria’s High Country, welcoming 30 balloon teams for a week of competition, colour and community. In 2026, the festival incorporates of the Australian National Championship, where the nation’s best pilots compete for top honours. It’s a celebration of adventure, skill and the spirit of flight.
