posiadanie aktualnych dokumentów pilota i balonu (licencja, badania lekarskie, książka pilota, świadectwo balonu – do okazania podczas rejestracji)
ważne ARC, ubezpieczenie OC i NNW wszystkich osób w balonie
wypełnienie i podpisanie karty rejestracyjnej uczestnika
udział w pokazach: powitalnym i nocnym
nieodpłatne zabranie na lot 1 lub 2 pasażerów przydzielonych przez organizatora
Gwarantujemy:

Participation requirements:
valid pilot and balloon documentation (license, medical certificate, pilot logbook, balloon certificate – to be presented during registration)
valid ARC, third-party liability insurance, and accident insurance for all people in the balloon
completion and signing of the participant registration form
participation in the welcome and night shows
free of charge carriage of 1 or 2 passengers assigned by the organizer
We guarantee:
gas for all flights
full board catering
accommodation (pilot + 3 persons)
professional meteorological support

Teilnahmebedingungen:
• Besitz gültiger Unterlagen für Pilot und Ballon (Lizenz, medizinisches Tauglichkeitszeugnis, Flugbuch, Ballonzertifikat – bei der Registrierung vorzulegen)
• gültiges ARC sowie Haftpflicht- und Unfallversicherung für alle Personen an Bord
• Ausfüllen und Unterschreiben des Anmeldeformulars
• Teilnahme an der Eröffnungs- und an den Nachtshows
• kostenlose Mitnahme von 1 oder 2 vom Veranstalter zugewiesenen Passagieren
