Check in: August 8th (Thursday) 12:00 - 16:00 Termy Pałacowe hotel,

General briefing: August 8th, 5:00 p.m.,

First flight August 8th in the afternoon,

Last flight on August 10th in the afternoon,

Reserve flight: August 11th in the morning.

Conditions of participation:

- Pilot in command min. 50 hours, valid license and FAI sporting license,

- balloon with liability insurance and a valid ARC,

- payment of the entry fee in the amount of PLN 900 by transfer to the account of Aerostat PKO Bank Polski S.A. 48 1020 3176 0000 5202 0304 8055 by June 30, 2024.

In the description of bank transfer, which is an application for participation, please provide: name and surname of the pilot and the note "Entry fee Naleczow 2024"

Entry fee includes: pre-breakfasts before morning flights, gas for all competition flights, competition map and rules, meteo and official's service, gifts for competitors, cups and awards for winners, participation in the opening and closing ceremony.

The competition will be using the Balloon Live app and Balloon Live Sensor (BLS) .

Possible accommodation at the Termy Pałacowe and Jesienna Rezydencja hotels with preferential price - reservation through the organizer by 01/06/2024.

First refuelling is after the first flight.

Pilots who used watchmefly.net on-line registration will be added to starting list after issuing the entry fee.
