A Chief Observer will not be utilized and will be replaced by a Chief of Measuring Teams. The Chief of Measuring Teams will oversee all measuring team personnel and will report to the Chief Debriefer.

It is desired for this Championship to utilize a majority international and female jury members.
The following individuals were previously approved by the CIA Jury Board and have been contacted regarding their availability and willingness to participate.
International Jury President:
Lindsay Muir, GBR (has indicated "I would like to be a competitor rather than on the Jury.")
We have exhausted all female international Jury President options. We ask the Jury Board to consider 1) Claude Weber (LUX) or 2) Bengt Stener (SWE).

USA Juror #3:
Lynn Sullivan, USA (emailed; pending response)
