Organisational Structure
Org. Structure:
A highly experienced organisation combining top-tier ballooning personnel with expertise in complex aviation displays, competitions and commercial operations.
The final structure will be confirmed once the scope of side events (e.g., airshows, fiesta activities) is set. Our priority is to provide optimal conditions for a fair, well-run Championship; secondarily, we will invest in surrounding activities that enhance the experience for spectators, media and VIP guests, and promote ballooning internationally.
Operationally, the organisation will split into two streams:
o Organising Team – responsible for all non-competition operations and event services.
o Competition Officials – focused exclusively on delivering the sporting contest.
The accompanying organigram illustrates the intended structure. Roles may be consolidated or expanded as required, and additional positions may be introduced if scope dictates.
